I don't think that the quiet period includes being mute about announcing new sales. Heck, technically Philip Morris should be in their quiet period right now and they are anything but quiet right now. My understanding is that they cannot make any forward looking statements about their quarterly results at this point, but I am not real sure about these limitations. I am pretty sure that at a minimum they could announce new sales. Folks on this thread have indicated several recent sales, but without any word from CUBE my assumption is that these are not CUBE wins or they are very insignficant wins which will produce little revenue. If they were indeed wins, and meaningful ones, then why not shout about them?
