Joe,

I'm very familiar with PRST and the whole Carlton Lutts thing.

Wonder if the Mark Hollingsworth who is being sued is the same guy who's been the guest host on CNBC Squawk Box.

I spent some time on another board (TWTI) that was a complete scam. Said many very specific (OK, nasty) things about management and the company. Stock went from $10 last winter to 31 cents where it is currently halted and in bankruptcy. Of course when it was $10 it was already down from $60 or $70 a couple of years earlier.

There was a 1 for 15 reverse split in there so it was never more than a $4 or $5 stock in reality. Reg.S, hype, outright lies, takeover talk initiated by the company (over and over). SGA Goldstar was involved in promoting them also. Had one of their boys on the board (anonymously) who was the bulls guru before the collapse.

Ugly situation. People lost a ton of many. From my e-mail I know a few got out, but most people freeze, not knowing what to believe.

It was so blatant. Went on for years, and where was the SEC? Believe it or not someone on the board complained to the Feds about the people on the board who were posting negatively.

Color me disgusted.
