Is that you or the company? Regardless, do you then have an explanation why Medinah Mining has issued releases claiming that *they* own the property? If this is a recent CDCH aquisition, could you provide a link to a release that describes the details of the aquisition? If they didn't buy it from Medinah, who did they buy it from? If they did buy it from Medinah, what did they pay and why was there no information provided on this material change to Medinah's prospects?
More importantly, since it relates directly to any possible JV, how much more of Medinah Mining's Alto de Lipangue has been sold without being announced? A written statement from a director of the company on this would be nice.

That I assume is from a Medinah Mining representative? Well, if Medinah doesn't know anything about a short position, who started and is continuing to spread these rumors? Is this all Handshake's doing?

Excellent! To bad a Director of the company isn't willing to make the same statement, then it might mean something. However, I did notice that Russell didn't say a JV with a major; is it then safe to assume that if there is a JV it will be of a calibre similar to the current JV?
