<<In December 2004, the FASB issued SFAS 123 (revised 2004), "Share-Based Payment", (SFAS 123R). SFAS 123R requires companies to expense the value of employee stock options and similar awards. SFAS 123R is effective for public entities that do not file as small business issuers as of the first interim or annual reporting period that begins after June 15, 2005 and thus will be adopted by the Company for the quarter ending October 31, 2005. The Company is currently evaluating its compensation policies and practices, along with the impact of SFAS 123R on its results of operations. >>> This one should affect Dell in August. SIg
