My Son loves to spend money. However, he is very, very practical and capable at enhancing a house's
value due to his abilities in such areas. HOWEVER, he is renting a house of mine now at extreme sub-standard
levels and every few weeks he finds another way to spend my money on supposedly improving my house's
value. So every time he tells me about some idea he has to make me money, he costs me money.
An example of a dubious habit.
