The cost of a 6G license can't have been established yet. What was announced today is all preliminary based upon projected patents. It will all require reconciliation in 2030.

As Altman stated, "licenses go into perpetuity as long as Qualcomm keep innovating". It's the later that matters most and stating it makes it real and clear for all, including Apple.
