Jack, =I have my doubts about the impact of a split on the price of the stock. A split won't change the P/E, since both are per share. P/E is currently at an all-time high of about 50. CPQ P/E is only 36.> I was wandering where you get the P/E of 50. Firt Call put it at 30 for 1998. That should compare better. schwab.quote.com Kwan
