Rick, Mostly what has already been discussed. Unfortunately, just got back a little while ago and don't really have the energy to stay up later to discuss tonight. However, the gist is that it was a positive article, feeling that the current valuation justified the risk, and spoke of getting dermagraft through covering the cash issue(meaning get that sucker done or else there will be bigger worries). Anyway, I'll have to actually dig up the book later and refresh my thoughts. Happy Friday, Marshall
