Pat,

This is speculation.... but IMHO I think this announcement does NOT
bode well for Aware.

Again, the Aware/USRX action may have been to freeze the ADSL
playing field until they could play "cacth-up" and perhaps now the
Aware/USRX camp can't deliver "the right product at the right time".

First half of next year, by then Amati should be a well oiled machine
with plenty of heavies "on board".

I think the USRX/TI news is good based on USRX "out of the market"
until sometime next year.
