Where did you get this info? I don't think its a cause for serious concern. We can speculate as to their reason but that would drive us nuts. If you bought under 8 you can probably get out now with a reasonable profit. Good luck.

Remember when NTAIF sold off their DSWLF position? What was the reason then and the effect on the stock price? I think there reason was that the money could be better spent investing in themselves. They cited no fundamental reason in the company to selloff. It was for capital investments.

The stock price was affected temporarily. But then, I think the whole market was going through a correction at the same time if I'm not mistaken. There are no guarantees and I could be totally off the mark. The directors could be seeing bad news on the horizon or they could need a down payment on a mansion. Its your risk to take.
