Did you see this clip in "Briefing". This is one of the companies that
SKEY beat out in Canadian tax software competition. Already the
analysts are speculating about takeovers. I don't think its out of the question that SKEY could be a takeover candidate. However, let SKEY
straighten out this MECC merger situation first.

INTUIT INC. (INTU) 48 1/4 +1 1/4. After stock fell for much of this week as Microsoft
(MSFT) made its presence known on the on-line banking side, stock has found some support
from a mention in the latest Business Week as a potential buyout candidate. According to
the April 1 issue, some investors believe that the company could be bought out and that stock
would command a price of at least $65 per share. Of course, all this is very speculative, but it has
given stock a lift today after stock tumbled from the $65 range just one month ago.
