David, it is obvious from your misleading posts on both this thread and the MINE thread that you intend only to bash this stock. The only scandal is your misleading posts. The MINE release regarding the SEC has been posted on the thread for all to see. Please note the SEC is seeking NO PUNISHMENT AGAINST MINE. Under these circumstances, I will not longer waste my time discussing MINE with you. If you are really interested, do the DD. Everything you need been posted on SI.
