TO ALL-- sorry i havent posted this sooner, but i have been on vacation. have any of you looked at the prospectus for the board meeting? is anyone worried about them diluting the float by 20%? i am thinking hard about getting out. they have that cash, a slow burnthrough, and a product that will do well. why are they issuing more shares instead of buying them up? good luck to all, trey
