You're not the first person to start a thread for "Not so nice remarks".
I did not start this thread so people could insult each other.
I felt it could be a place that someone could come and argue and not clog up the "topic" threads with off topic discussions/arguments.
Some feel that you cannot argue without personal attacks.
I feel that when one takes an argument personal, the person that is attacking is attempting to shift the argument from the topic and to a personal confrontation, and away from the topic.
You can see the pattern in the recent argument I had with lawdog. We began discussing guns and gun control. He moved the discussion to personal attacks, and the discussion completely left anything even relevant to gun control.
I have had an ongoing discussion/arguement with jmhollem concerning what I believe to be a penny stock scam company.
He has resorted to third party posts to my posts, because I tear his posts apart so severely. I guess he thinks if he doesn't respond to my posts directly, I won't see them.
Now, back to your original point.
I started this thread so that if you had an off topic argument with someone on a "Stock Thread", you could bring it here and have a colorful argument without the restrictions that are placed on a "Stock Thread".
I would rather the participants keep the arguments on topic and not take it personal, but sometimes it is hard.
So let it all hang out.
