I read the proxy and had the same reaction as you. I did not see this info released anywhere until this. I sort of had that kicked in the groin feeling after reading it. XLCT is the only gem they have and a spin off of shares of XLCT to INEL shareholders is the only reward I can see on the horizon.

Another sinking feeling I get is due to the departure of some of their top management team.

I am in a similar situation as you. I bought in at the drop, however this bow wow has done squat. I am waiting for next quarter when the impact of the sell off and restructing will start showing up.
