Giora, I also found something that was interesting at WCOM thread,
listed below. PS Why don't we wake them up. They would probably like to know what their company just did.

I just bought shares in WCOM and LCI, the fourth and fifth long-distance
carriers in the US after reading in Business Week that both companies could
be takeover candidates by the Baby Bells which can now enter the
long-distance markets. The thinking is that the Baby Bells can buy an
established network much more quickly than by building their own.
Furthermore the Baby Bells would be loathe to send business to ATT, MCI
and Sprint, their perceived competitors. The logic sounded good to me at the
time and each stock has risen $2 or so since I bought. Anybody out there
following this?
