Yes, you're right - life is never that simple. State government is caught in a bind and often looks the other way to generate jobs. D's are as guilty of this as R's. I believe in self-sustaining approaches to pollution control, which is one reason why I was drawn to GRNO. While we may disagree on regulatory approaches, the more Saddam rattles his cage, the colder the winter, the more people drive, --- the higher the price of oil and the better things look for GRNO. Let the price of oil rise-- waste oil will never be worth a plugged nickel unless someone has the technology to transform it into saleable products. And as far as I know, no one else comes close to what GRNO can do with its portable plant facility.
