Craig, I was able to confirm with A.C. Howe Chile, actually Robert Cinitas himself, that they have done work for Sierra La Plata, and my impression is that he speaks highly of them, and looks forward to working with them in the future. I do agree with you, that until we announce full reporting status, release financials, and get a new name (to squeeze them MM's) we are sinking. I also believe that they just might be onto something, that all the ducks needed to be a row before they just threw something out there. I have been wrong before though. Maybe next week will FINALLY get it going. I do believe that they have had plenty of time to produce all of the above. So lets give them a few more weeks then we'll call in tha dogs. :-)
Management has been presented with an offer of financing by way of a signed letter of intent in the amount of $10,000,000 from a United States financial and investment company with offices in California and Miami. The financing company has reviewed reports by Paul Jones, Mining Engineer and P. Geologist and by Robert Cinits, P. Geologist of Howe Chile Ltda. The financing is proposed as part of a joint venture subject to a successful field trip to Chile by their engineer. Should management accept this offer, Director Paul Jones will travel to Chile along with representatives of the group. |
