How to fix your iPhone 6 if you updated to the new iOS 8

The day isn’t getting any easier for Apple. First the Internet was overtaken with reports the iPhone 6 Plus
may be prone to bending, and now Apple has had to withdraw an update to the new iOS 8 operating system
after users said they had experienced lost cellphone signals and TouchID capability shortly after installing
the update.

Apple had sent out the free update, identified as iOS 8.0.1, to fix glitches in its new HealthKit app.

It appears the problems affect only the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, and now that Apple has pulled the update
you should no longer be able to download it. But if you‘re one of the unlucky ones who already downloaded
iOS 8.0.1 and you’re seeing problems, plugging your phone into your computer, opening iTunes and selecting
“Restore” should restore your device to iOS 8.0.0. If that isn’t working, several sites are offering up more
