IF all the calls for cease fires were paid attention to over the years, OR if in the 197'0s- 1990's, Israel had been able to finish the job they set out to do, there woulldn't be a problem today. IF Hezbollah had not been shelling Israel, and then kidnapped their citizens, killed their citizens, and kidnapped their soldiers, the situation would NOT be what it is today.
