V.K.: Good post to Scott. The shareholders rights "poison pill" needs to be rescinded in order to create a legimate possibility for a buy-out. The BOD really entrenched themselves with it. That's why insiders feel free to sell shares because they know they won't lose out on a higher stock price from a buy-out offer. Vip
