Joe, More and more I'm expecting an upside surprise. Modems are selling well in the Seattle area from what I've seen in the stores here. COMS took back a lot of the "old" 56k stuff to re-burn it in V90 form. That will bode well going forward from now on. I get a kick out of people talking about the "overhang", it doesn't exist since it was taken back to be converted! I'm waiting for the CC with a grin on my face <g>. Eric
