Dear QUIKSAND: You are ABSOLUTELY correct. I am on my THIRD computer and planning soon to buy my fourth. I also am an experienced CPA etc etc AND I STILL am not getting what I ought to out of my equipment. Why, because I cannot understand how to operate it properly. I also get the "illegal" message nearly EVERYDAY at least once. If someone ever SIMPLIFIES all this and makes the instructions much clearer I think everyone would want a computer. Meanwhile, could you come over to my house?? (ggg) JDN
