Buyout rumors were posted Fri. on the stocks activity. Scorces message boards, a very bad scorce. Not a buyout, but what I believe a possibility. What could happen here is an equity investment by Roach. Re: similar to the same kind of deal they struck with DNA many years ago. They will buy enough stock to control, while still having the stock trade ( a buyout clause included for buying the rest, at a date out in the future). Leaving them alone with their research staff to develop new products, but sharing or providing funding for developing and testing future products.
