Yes, I impressed with that and Russia's talent for losing nuclear subs at the bottom of the ocean and for inciting more bloodshed in Chechnya. Their thinking is about as advanced as Bush's.

Then again, Putin may be on to something.....he adroitly keeps turning down Bush's requests for help in Iraq.
