NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Dec 22, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- LA Internet, a unit of Internet Business's International, Inc. (OTCBB:IBUI) (www.ibui.net) today announced that it has contracted with Infinity Broadcasting Corporation (NYSE:INF) for 13 weeks of advertising on the network's FM Talk 97.1 radio station (www.fmtalk971.com), the Los Angeles home of the Howard Stern show.

Under the terms of the agreement, LA Internet will be showcasing its as yet unannounced, Year 2000 giveaway not only on the Stern show, but on the station's other offerings. Spots will air during the Johnny B and Tom Leykis time slots, as well as on a rotating basis during other shows throughout the broadcast day.

"Our plan is to do our testing in the local market where we already have a foothold," said Al Reda, IBUI Chief Executive Officer. "We think Infinity (Broadcasting Corporation) gives us the perfect platform from which to stage an orderly rollout to all of the markets it serves. We're happy to strike this deal and look forward to a long and mutually rewarding relationship."

Internet Business's International, LA Internet's parent company, yesterday announced a contract with Microsoft's MSN for "Featured Site" promotion. A portion of the MSN advertising will be devoted to the LA Internet brand.

"Our linking with major players in the advertising and marketing support areas shows our determination," continued Reda. "We've come a long way in 1999, and with our new relationships with Infinity and MSN, our intent to be among the top ranks of Internet businesses should be clear."
