Even when the market appears unreasonable it is always right.

Then a smart guy like Warren Buffett would realize it and put all of his money into an index fund......but there ARE mispricings in the market.......or do you disagree that the period of 2000 had excessive exhuberance? And if there was excessive exhuberance in one direction, then why not another?
