Certainly all non-Beltway citizens are at the mercy of the gov't, and will continue to be exactly in proportion to:
1) The level of secrecy of these bastards
2) The level of funding
With transparency, full disclosure and accountability it's possible to conceive of a large bureaucracy that is somewhat benevolent in spite of inefficiencies. We citizens have no representation in DC whatsoever. It's a joke.
Currently we have a criminal leadership, as well as inefficiency. The crimes aren't like drug addicts, "victimless crimes". They are the predatory crimes of a secrecy culture with no regard for human life. In fact, death is a just another instrument of political power domestically and internationally. These are power addicts with full control of the media.
Starving them out by reducing tax payments would be nice. But it won't be nice when they fight back, as they are doing now, with fear and dirty tricks, media distortion and Big Brother. And they don't care, they can rob our children into the next two generations, with absolute impunity.
I just really hope the Supreme Court sees things the way they should and guts it. A right-wing dictatorship is no better than a left-wing dictatorship.
LOL! The Supreme Court is an extension of this dictatorship, which is in absolute control of this all-powerful central government. "Right" vs "Left" has no meaning when you're looking at a propaganda machine in an autocracy, which defeats the meaning of words by coopting the media. |
