Craig, I may be the culprit in regard to some of Ramsey's information. Maybe you can help me understand how this filing differs from Wind's filing. I posted this to the Wind board in July. I guess no one was paying attention. No flames please, just trying to get the proper understanding of these different filings. Regardless of what any of the irrational optimists say, it is important to know. FYI I own Qualcomm and Wind stock: techstocks.com Bruce
