Dear Tom - agreeing with WHL, not sure if there is any Big Pix, since this is a cash tender deal [and not stock swap.] The only thing going is a very remote possibility of arb. [and a proxy fight to force AMES to sweeten the pot a little, but I do not believe there is any chance of bidding war erupting.] After the initial positioning, a lot of us who have held from above 3 and more are essentially losing our shirts. As I ve said to WHL earlier, I dumped 2/3 early on. Still have my expensive 1/3. While I respect everyone's opinion here, it is important for each and everyone of us see things as they are. best, Bosco
