Ian, Seems to me that the 6.5B is based on a set of working assumptions regarding global PC consumption. Since the FED and OPEC in their collective wisdom have essentially slammed on the brakes, won't Intel rethink those assumptions and adjusts accordingly?

AMAT is up after hours so the news seems to have been expected or maybe this is the type of bad news that the market wants to wake the FED up.
