Leaks Undermining The War On Terror

Posted by Matt

Today, U.S. intelligence officials told Congress that the leaks of classified formerly-classified projects like the NSA Terrorist Surveillance program have undermined their work.
"The damage has been very severe to our capabilities to
carry out our mission," CIA Director Porter Goss told the
Senate Intelligence Committee, citing disclosures about a
variety of CIA programs that he suggested may have been
compromised.
Goss said a federal grand jury should be empaneled to
determine "who is leaking this information."
Believe it or not, Senator Jay Rockefeller is pointing the blame back at the Bush administration. How typical for a Democrat who is no stranger to politicizing intelligence matters...

If the Democrats were less interested in making partisan attacks than in preventing terrorist attacks, we'd be a lot safer.
