I figure it's close enough to Sept. that it is in effect the near month option. While not strictly true, it is selling for the same price on a $/day to expiration basis as the Aug. call.
Relative to Dans' post, and looking at my own experience, I think even further out might work out a lot of the time, maybe the Jan 02 75's in the high $8.00 range. I don't know what will happen, of course, but if the Q (and/or the whole market) went thru a quick 10% haircut, say in 1-2 days, that call could easily drop to the mid $4.00 range.
That is about what you're looking for in the Sept. though, so it's probably 6 of one...
