Maybe Dale lost so much money "shorting" SUNW (with puts<g>) that he couldn't afford to renew his SI membership?

As for twister, he's still around, you can look up his profile.
I still think that even though he was the nastiest JOT of this
thread, he still understood the most about investing of all of them.
