Michael,

Yes Hairball/pin is a liar. We all know that and agree. What is important is that there is one actual fact that supports the spin of CPU Direct. They hired a new CEO.

Ok I hate this b*****d Hairpin as much as the next CPU shareholder, but for the sake of arguement maybe he is just incompetent. Its been known to happen. So maybe he thought January sales were really good and that the trend would continue. So this low brain-power moron makes an assumption about the future earnings that was not founded in fact. It happened, it cost me and lots of other CPU shareholders a whole lot of money. Life goes on.

My point is that it is pretty hard to get the information regarding a spin-off incorrect. Either they are or they are not. As dumb a guy as I think Hairpin is, I don't think he is this dumb. The earnings problem does not warrent a real lawsuit. He made a mistake and the market for PCs turned on him. He does not control the weather...

But to lie about the spin, well that is major grounds for a lawsuit and his dismissal.

There will be a spin.

Good Luck

Thurston
