notes prior to sudden death.. we got a long letter a few years back from my cousin. she expressed how much my wife was an example of how to lead your life, fight off feeling down, etc. She went into details how their relationship impacted her life for the better. I was amazed as we seldom heard from them in the last decade or two.

We got a call the same day the letter had arrived from Canada informing us she had suddenly passed on. she got as usual that morning and prepared breakfast for her husband (very sick)and he noticed a short time later she was not joining him at the table. he noticed a kitchen cabinet door open and went to find her. She was dead in bed , with her rosaries.

I later mentioned to her oldest daughter, one of 12 living children, about the letter.. her daughter told us in the two weeks prior she had sent several personal letters. at least a dozen that she knew of from people calling her.

Sometimes people just seem to know they are going to pass on. As far as everyone knew she was in good health.
