AMLN was up 7.04% for the week ending 8-15-03. Biotech stocks in general closed up over the week. The AMEX Biotechnology Index (BTK) gained 2.96%, while the BioBizNet Select Index (BBNSI) soared 3.23%. Big winners were VLGC, STEM, MLNM, AMLN, others (see biobiznet.com).
