This country has never been YOURS. At its lowest points in our lifetimes (during the Clinton, Carter, and LBJ years) the country was never as liberal as you want it to be.

In fact, the nation could not survive at all if your brand of liberalism became the order of the day.

Sorry, Charlie, but your kind would never let it happen. Too afraid there might be a tax increase!
