Case probably defines AOL customers by segment based on several different behaviors/factors. The AOL business model is not built around whether a customer has cable or DSL. The "WAY" an AOL customer "connects" is probably not that material. AOL will only enter into markets that make sense ($). They are not going to start marketing AOL cable when T hasn't even started to implement.
