If Maytag washing machines tore up clothes as often as the MSFT OS crashes, destroys files and wastes our precious time, Congress would call hearings and demand that Maytag executives tell us what is wrong. Well, Maytag would just go out of business, as people would buy different brand washing machines. If Maytag were a monopoly though... -JCJ
