James Rosen reported tonight on Special Report that un-named sources say that Iran has threatened France with retaliation if they send large forces into Lebanon. He sited the '83 bombing of the French barracks in Beirut that killed 58 soldiers. Paris yesterday again sidestepped an announcement about the size and scope of the French contribution for the multinational force. Defense Minister Michele Alliot-Marie said France was ready to lead the force but complained that its mandate remained "fuzzy."…
