I'm getting bad with numbers: At that time @400,000 were for sale. 3-4% out is like 4,000,000 shares. NASDAQ volume is overstated by at least 2x as dealers pass shares around. Still 400,000 is a lot to take at one time. Institutions wanting to sell 3-4% of total holdings over the last week doesn't seem like alot, but it is a huge amount to buy when the market is under stress. This is what I meant was overhanging the market. Matthew
