AT&T's problem is that their market share is shrinking. Also I think their problems are testimony to fat-cat style mediocre corporate management. Allen may not be as bad as Roger Smith, but he's no Gerstner either.

AOL management is still somewhat untested, but has shown plenty of entrpreneurial vigor.

As I said, there is no shortage of things to be nervous about with this stock. The trend in the Odyssey survey just isn't one of them.
