COD at 0.10. New bid: 7,000x0.11 only 1,000x0.18 offered.

Gold tanks almost $7, knocking down the biggies like ABX, PDG etc., yet the Bid on Condor rises to 0.11, and only 1,000 shares offered at 0.18!! Anyone know anything here??
