i am with you. all we need right now is some patience, and if you can average down (i have done my share). granted, waiting is difficult when we see where the current price of cpu currently rests. by the first week of april we should have news on the ipo, sixty days after that, the ipo.

i do not know if i would agree as to whom keeps the price depressed, since many funds would not want to show cpu as a pick on the books, sales were inevitable with the quarter coming to an end. i will be surprised if april does not see the same funds re-purchasing, thus claiming the got into cpu as a no brainer at six-ish.

after the spinoff, cpu will not have to divert money to cpudirect, so should also turn a profit. win-win for the shareholder.

good luck.

p.s. michael has some info which says there is no ipo coming. we continue to wait for cpu to confirm;-)
