I doubt that Pyng will move much higher until there is substantial news. (I'm still long on Pyng because I feel that a lot of these things will happen in the next few months).

Events which could push up the price:

1. Reports of actual emergency use (particularly if the patient survives)
2. Military orders
3. Hospital or ambulance orders
4. Announcement of production facilities

While showing the device off at conferences will help towards getting orders, it will not do much to push up the stock price itself. We've had a good run, but now we may need to wait a bit before Pyng takes off again.
