It seems to me that there is usually a letter of intent and a press release when two companies are past the preliminary stage and ready to enter serious negotiations. That doesn't seem to have happened here. Instead we're getting a kind of back door disclosure which I don't think is fair to the shareholders. Who knows why ? May be that the other company wants to keep the information from their competitors. BJ
