Florida suffers from rapid growth in a number of ways
beginning with schools
then with water

and surely voting procedures

but curiously NOT road systems
the best highway system I have seen in decades
even outstanding bridges and causeways

maybe too much state funding of high school football programs

I had a friend back in Boston who went thru entire high school without a finished building
they started construction when she was a freshman
insufficient funding stalled its progress
they finished after she graduated
