BAGHDAD (AP)--A suicide bomber blew himself up outside a police recruiting center in Baghdad early Sunday, killing at least 23 people and wounding about 50, police said.

Crowds of recruits had been gathering outside the center in western Baghdad's Nissur Square when the bomber detonated explosives strapped to his body at exactly 10:00 a.m. (0700 GMT) police Lt. Maitham Abdul-Razaq said.

Intentionally killing innocent people - arabs killed by arabs
Wonder why this is not called a "massacre" by the arabic media and why CNN BBC TV5 Al Jazera and all the other TV networks are not rushing to the scene and continuously showing the horrible scene of death and carnage.

More so I wonder why the UN is keeping quiet and the Arab League is not demanding a Security Counsel decision condemning the perpetrators or the various courts in the world are not filled with criminal charges against those that send the suicide bomber
