Yeah Jim, I'll comment. In my post of several days ago, I bemoaned the lack of factual posts, and the lack of anything factual to be posted. Janice apparently saw that, reposted it as a referral wake-up call...a warning, if you will. Now you are telling this thread that only factual posts should be relied upon. So tell me Jim, which posts are those?
The POINT, if as Mike Currie insists "intelligent" threaders want to know, is that there ARE no factual posts because there is no factual information about this company.
The very idea that as far back as six weeks ago, you all began expecting financials beginning April 1 or thereabouts, then the next week, well maybe toward the middle of the month, they've been delayed, Canadian auditors you know, well not till another week..."auditing small companies creates "liability" problems"...and so on. Don't you people recognize a "con" when you see one? My real concern is that some relatively new investors have got the rent money in here hoping to make a killing that really isn't going to happen.
And then there are these "press releases" that somehow get ginned up out of the ether...not quite ready, lawyers gotta take another look...but there's good new coming...just be patient, and everybody seems to roll over and play dumb, dumber, dumbest about them.
Now, we've got this "individual" who claims to "know" more than he's able to tell, so you'll all just have to take some more on "faith" and be "patient" but if you're smart you'll ignore the naysayers, the obvious "shorts" who are trying to "destroy the thread" and so on.
My Heavens. When in the World are some of the smart folks among you going to tumble to this nonsense.
Pure and simple: This company may be real....it may be incorporated ...it may have officers. Has anyone of you actually looked up the incorporation documents? Who are the officers? Are the shares registered with the State of California? C'mon....this company doesn't report to the SEC, and don't give me this nonsense about difficulty finding auditors to do the work because that's pure crap. Anybody with a telephone book could find an auditor to do the job in about 3 minutes flat, and that's at the outside!
Jim, if you didn't want to hear hype, or rumors, and all you wanted were facts, this thread would be, tops, three messages long.
No folks, I'm not a shorter. No, I don't and won't own this stock. I repeat my earlier message that there are at least 10,000 other issues in which to invest where there are real numbers, real releases, real facts, and real opportunity. |
